My Recent Projects

I bring eight years of personal graphic design experience alongside two years of professional experience. My journey into graphic design began when I acquired my first laptop, allowing me to explore and develop my skills.Over the years, I have designed album covers, playlist artwork for Spotify, social media profile pictures, banners, and more. Creativity has always been apart of my life, and I celebrate pursuing it professionally.In April of 2022, I started a clothing design business, Crowmatics, with my partner and one of my best friends. Around that time, I acquired my very first client who saw my designs and was interested in them for her own business. Presently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Brand Identity.

Effective Date: 09/01/2024Welcome to AJR Graphic Design (AJRGD)! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of my graphic and web design services. By engaging with my services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.Services OfferedI offer a broad range of graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, print design, and digital media creation. I also provide limited web design and coding services.Payment TermsPayments for my services are processed through Square. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total project estimate is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.Refunds: Refunds are available if you are unsatisfied with my service, with the exception of printed products, which are non-refundable.Project TimelinesEstimated timelines are available upon request. I strive to meet all deadlines; however, if any delays occur, I will promptly communicate them to you.Intellectual PropertyI retain ownership of all designs until full payment is received. Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon payment completion. However, I retain rights solely to prevent the misuse or theft of designs. Before payment, all designs remain my property.Revisions PolicyAll revisions are billed at my standard hourly rate. There is no limit to the number of revisions you can request, but each revision will incur additional costs based on the time required.ConfidentialityI value your privacy. You may choose whether or not to allow me to share your business information, as printed on designs I create. If you opt-out, no information will be shared. If you opt-in, your information may be displayed on my website or social media platforms.Termination of ServicesBoth you and I have the right to terminate the service agreement at any time. If you terminate the agreement and wish to use any designs created up to that point, payment for the work completed will be required. If I terminate the agreement, you may choose to pay for any partial work completed to use it under certain circumstances.Limitation of LiabilityI am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of my services. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.Use of Work for PortfolioYou may opt in or out of allowing me to showcase the work created for you in my portfolio or marketing materials.
